Sticky slime: add a tiny amount of saline contact lens solution (must contain boric acid — check the label) and knead for 2–3 minutes. We include an activator sample in every order. Stiff slime: microwave for 5 seconds, let it cool slightly, then knead. Temperature and humidity affect slime — this is normal, not a defect.
Wipe with a damp cloth and a tiny drop of dish soap. Rinse the cloth and wipe again to remove soap residue. Pat dry with a paper towel — do not rub, and never put PU foam squishies in water or the washing machine. For silicone/TPR fidget squishies: these can be rinsed directly under warm water and air-dried.

Yes — all Maybez Sensory Co. slimes use PVA glue activated with saline solution (sodium borate in trace amounts as part of the buffered saline, not free borax). This is the standard safe-slime method recommended by occupational therapists and used widely in the slime community. The full ingredient list is included on the care card in your shipment.
